This site is operated by Cole Melby / Tahoe Flight Academy ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use privatepilotplaybook.com and why.

What we collect

When you purchase the Playbook, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and payment confirmation from Stripe, but we never see or store your full card number. We use your email to deliver your purchase and, occasionally, to follow up about your experience with the Playbook.

How we use it

Your email is used to deliver your purchase, respond to support requests, and — if you choose to reply — collect feedback or testimonials (only used publicly with your permission). We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing and Netlify for hosting. Both process data under their own privacy policies.
