What you're buying
The Private Pilot Oral Exam Playbook is a digital study guide (PDF, plus an online flip-book viewer) sold for personal, individual study use. It is a study aid, not a guarantee of passing your FAA knowledge test or practical test (checkride).
License
Your purchase gives you a personal-use license to the Playbook. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the file or its contents is not permitted.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. See our First-Try Guarantee on the homepage for what we offer instead if you don't pass your oral exam on the first attempt.
First-Try Guarantee — terms
If you purchase the Playbook and do not pass your FAA private pilot oral exam / practical test on your first attempt, you're eligible for one free one-on-one ground lesson with Cole Melby. To claim it, email a copy of your official Notice of Disapproval to cole@tahoeflightacademy.com. This guarantee applies to a first-attempt result only and does not extend to subsequent attempts. Scheduling is coordinated directly by email; there is no fixed deadline to claim it, but it must be claimed based on a first-attempt result.
